I received a call, my caller ID identified it as "The UPS Store", saying they had a delivery for me, but didn't seem to have my correct address (only one number was left off, so it was just a hook). They asked if I was home during the day for a delivery, when I said I am at home during the day, said "you must work nights." I said "no" and they replied that it didn't matter, the delivery would be made within 1/2 hour. When it didn't arrive, I called the UPS Store who said they had not called and did not make deliveries, only outgoing packages. I called my phone co and the Public Service Commission, who said that indeed someone could make someone else's name come up on my caller ID. They advised me to call the police as it seemed that someone was trying to find out when no one is home, possibly casing for a robbery. Scary? Yes. There should be a way to monitor legitimate spoof IDs from this kind.

Anyone else been experiencing problems with SpoofCard??? I just signed up and can't make a call! Call the 866 # but its been busy!
Tried a call from their website but when prompted to *press 1* nothing happens!
Very frustrating! Is this some fly_by_night operation????

Since when can't a doctor afford an anonymous prepaid cell phone to return calls and remain incognito.
This reminds me of the cat and mouse game that started with radar detectors 30 years ago. If phone companies CHARGE for caller ID they are obligated to insure it is accurate, so it won't be long before technology will enable them to defeat this deception.
Of course EVERYONE can insure their privacy won't be breached if they simply use an answering machine to screen calls.

Both the Jewish community and non-Jews know that the Schlesingers, Victor and Gershy, are crooks and criminals, and can see how stupid they are to take an article about someone else and change the names around just for spite.
