The people who do this are either private detectives or they’ve hired one. Check your local PI board online and see if anyone you know is listed on a PI board. I know that my cell phone has a strange code on it. This is the code in my quick notes:

I have always been enthused by electronic spy technolegy even when i was 15 yrs old and playing with radios but this new cellphone stuff is down right scary as long as ican remember anything made by man can be bypassed by another so i guess we need even more improvements to protect us from spying David Holt
